The screen appears when you open a will.

This screen shows the basic status and details of the will (top half of the screen) and displays the testators of the will (bottom half of the screen).

Click “Print” to print documents relating to the will.

Click “Scans” to display a list of document images associated with this will.

The “Copy” button allows you to copy the details of the highlighted testator. Highlighted the testator’s whose details you want to copy and then then click “Copy”.

Then click “Insert” to add a new testator and then click the “Paste” button:

To open an existing will enter the surname of the testator (or part thereof) and click “Open/Revise”.

Alternatively leave the surname blank and complete the “Identity number” of the testator and then click “Open/Revise”.

Alternatively leave the surname blank and identity number blank and complete the “Will reference number” of the testator and then click “Open/Revise”.

Click “List” to display a list of all the Wills in the database.

To insert a new will into the database complete the second section of the window. Complete the surname, first names and identity number of the testator and then click “Insert New Will”.

Enter your usercode and password (if you have specified a password).

Then click the “Ok” button.

Click the “Check for program updates” every two weeks or so to see if there are new program updates available.
